Howard Smelt-Webb

The Yorkshire Tour Guide

For anyone with a business idea getting it to work is always a risk and keeping costs under control to see if it the business would work was a very important factor for me. Jeremy understood my level of risk and cost effectively produced a website to promote and sell my initial products with an on-line shop linking to paypal. The end result surpassed my expectations and I unreservedly recommend Jeremy to anyone who would like to have a professional website / shop.

Why work with me?

You deal directly with me

From our first conversation through to design, development and ongoing support, you’ll always deal directly with the person actually building your website.

Advice that makes sense

Not everyone wants to become a web expert. I’ll explain your options in plain English, recommend what I think will work best and won’t try to sell you things you don’t need.

Built around your business

I don’t believe in forcing every client into the same solution. Your website should reflect what you do, who your customers are and what you actually need it to achieve.

I’m still here after launch

Launching your website isn’t the end of the relationship. I look after many of the sites I’ve built and I’m always available when clients need help, advice or something changing.

A little about me

I’m Jeremy, the designer and developer behind Design@79. I’ve been building websites for small businesses, creatives and individuals for many years, working from my home studio and dealing directly with every client myself.

That means you’ll never be passed from a salesperson to an account manager and then on to somebody you’ve never spoken to. If you email or call Design@79, you’re talking to me — and I’m the person who’ll be designing and building your website.
